good that you received the GCMS notes. Did you applied through an agent or by yourself.?
By myself no agent involved
IMO,

1. At 34, married and with that many years of experience, you shouldn't be showing your parent's funds. Assets, yes but not liquid cash.

2. Between you and your wife you have 45K. How much is your tuition? Which province is your school (living expenses in some provinces are exorbitant).

3. Your wife has no job experience so chances of getting a NOC 0, A or B job is very low. With the funds you've shown, you will not be able to sustain yourselves in Canada if she doesn't get a good paying job.

I think you should apply alone next time.
I got your point. I am thinking now to pay one year tuition in advance to university and apply then. My tuition is 28K for two years. Then apply. My DLI is in Quebec. I got some people who got SOWP without any experience. I am thinking re-apply with more funds/pay tuition fees advance. But without spouse it would be tough for me. Whats your opinion?

Express entry and PNP is very tough now. No other way for myself. Already found some people who got SP at 36.
I think age is the main problem, after having 10yrs of experience, they will feel that you are unable to get the required points for PR so you are going in this way. After 30 it will be difficult for them to accept.

I don't quite agree with this. Age is not a big problem if your case is solid. My uncle got his SP to study in Manitoba last February. We celebrated his 50th birthday via Zoom in October :D.

I understand your reservations - I am also reluctant to apply without my spouse and kids. Do all that you outlined here, and hope for the best.
