I'm thinking its the age. Assuming you've completed your bachelors at 22, you're 33 already.
If I were you, I would apply for PR immigrations programs instead of bachelors. Improve your IELTS score for General(for PR). 10yrs of exp looks good on paper.

Seems like its an issue of career progression. You have done EMBA and now going for a technical masters which isn't natural progression, should have been masters in engineering first then MBA. My opinion, not an expert. Also your low bands in IELTS show that you're not successful with the PR process so you're looking for other ways to enter Canada. This scenario would have been different if you only had a bachelors degree and no masters degree in hand.

Actually EMBA is a professional degree not a technical degree. I want to further studies according to my career. I choose exact course which is similar to my career.

I might thought so. But, I explained everything in study plan. May be not convinced or might be other reason. Today I applied for gcms note. Also, without biometric they wouldn't provide the refusal reason. Let's see. However, should I go for deferral or wait for the decision. What is your opinion?

My advice to you is go for a defferal if you want to give another try. After you learn your actual reason of refusal when you receive GCMS note, make plan accordingly.
It's not true that without biometric, you won't receive the actual reason. You never received AIP, so you definitely got refusal based on eligibility and you will definitely find the VO's comment on the GCMS note regarding under what basis you have received the refusal.
When you receive your GCMS, reapply after improving your file.

Its my personal opinion to never start studies without a study permit. Some universities automatically defer if you have not obtained SP by a certain time before classes.
