I got my permission to land however I have a major question. I had to come back over to the states to work due to financial reasons. Now I got 3 job offers to Canada but I want to know what to tell them in regards to how long after landing I will be eligible to work. Anyone know how long it takes from landing to be allowed to legally work in Canada?
You need to have a SIN as noted below. You can google and see if you can apply before landing to process quicker or not.
What is a Social Insurance Number?
Your Social Insurance Number (SIN) is a nine-digit number required for temporary and permanent residents to work legally in Canada and to have access to government programs and benefits. You can apply for a SIN at a Service Canada office. Make sure you bring with you the required documents and a completed application form.
Any idea how long it would take though to receive a SIN?

I went into Service Canada the day after I landed and got a SIN number. They print you one on a sheet of paper and it's free to use right away. Your SIN card then comes in the mail in 1-2 weeks.
Oops forgot to say I got my SIN number in less than 2 minutes.

I only brought my passport and COPR that was stapled in it to get a SIN. Didn't have to fill out an application.

Perfect and with that SIN I can work legally? I don't want to give any of the potential employers bad info. Took this long just to find a Network Engineering position in the Toronto area.

You should get SIN within an hour of walking into a Service Canada office near your home in Canada. Yes, you can immediately proceed to work.
Check it out online to confirm.
