Got Second AOR from New Delhi...Some queries

Hey guys,

today i got a letter from new delhi stating that my application has received and they have given a new file number and they mention that there will be eligibility review and after that they will process my file and they have also mention that it will take an average of 8 months to process my application in ND office..

* process time 8 months is for getting my visa or just processing my application to approve for medicals...

* i heard that it will take 3-4 months in ND office or may be in some cases

* if any chance my application is rejected when can i apply back again....

i hope they will accept my application and get my visa soon........

>>>>> Dont worry you will get medicals in 3-4 months. ND is fastest if you had submitted complete documents as per specification. In case of FTH it may take some more time but till medicals no problem.
