Hi Chefumang,

If your work experince for the last 5 yrs is under the list, do not bother about that letter, but if that is the job experience that is helping you to qualify then follow the instructions, I think I have sent you a Pm as well.
Because your experience is over 4 yrs anyways you will be getting 21 points which is max you can cliam for work exp.

I hope this makes sense for you, so unless you need that letter to make you qualify, dont worry about it.
Otherwise do as the PM says.
