Let everyone know about your complete profile. So someone will be able to respond to your questions. Your post just means the study permit has been refused. Be more specific... Like: Any relatives in Canada? Ties in your home country? etc.

You need to write out your full details such as:
- how old you are
- what citizenship you hold and where you live now if not in your home country
- your IELTS scores
- your past education and marks achieved
- you past / current work experience
- your planned studies in Canada, including the school
- how much you showed for proof of funds
- if you have previous travel to countries requiring visas
- what proof of ties you showed in your application
- etc.
