Hello forum members,
I am happy to inform you that I have received PPR from Seattle consulate yesterday.
I have a question though. Just a few days ago I got a new passport for my wife whose passport would have expired in early March this year. Should I send the CHC an email immediately informing them of the new passport? I will send the passports in a day or two anyway, so would it be advisable to just write a letter and include the passports rather than sending an email? Please advise.
Kris
It's wise to notify the VO the soonest u obtain a pp renewal. However, that u didn't & now that u have already recd the PPR -- mention it in the cover letter, which u'd send with the pps.
Don't worry!

Qorax...Thank you very much.
I visited the US recently, so have a new entry stamp for US and Canada. Is it a requirement to provide copies of passport pages that have any new entry stamps at the time of PPR? Could someone please clarify?
I am waiting PPR now. a year ago I my passport and didn't tell them. is it important to tell them?why?
If it is important, can I send a scanned copy?

Why would u have to submit
copies additionally? U r already sending the
Originals, aren't u?

Yes, I am sending the original passport. So, I guess no need to send a photocopy of a page that had a new entry just to indicate that I've travelled to the US. Right?

Yep.
U may write about it in the cover letter though.

Yes. Inform your VO asap... scanned copies r required... if it's a new booklet - all the pages; if it's just a 'stamp for revalidation' - only that page.

Thanks qorax, I also used the new passport to travel to 2 countries (my home country and another country), do I need to tell them about my travels and scan the pages of stamps?

No. Not at this stage.
