Can you please let me know your country of residency? I apply for a Work permit with LMIA bc non-essential PNP are paused in New Brunswick. When did you get your PNP nomination? I applied on May 8 for the NBPNP.

My residency is Ghana. work permit with employer support. LMIA excempt. i applied for nomination on 21st Dec 2021 and was approved on 8th Jul 2022. then i had my LMIA excempt number from my employer and then applied for work permit on 31st August, 2022 and had a PPR and BVL today. where are u from.... i learnt processing differs from country by country. just keep pn praying and fingers crossed. NB: NBPNP is still ongoing. the program is not paused and recently have introduced another pilot program.

I am from Venezuela and applying for the NBPNP with employer support too, but the PNP got on hold mid-year for nonessential occupations, so my employer applied for LMIA and got approved. I applied for a work permit with LMIA. My employer Group Savoie is one of the new pilot but is going to start next year. The NBPNP is on hold bc it reached the PNP year quota and going to resume in 2023.
