Got PNP after EE submission, should I inform CIC?

Hi guys, I just received my provincial nomination 2 days ago after submitting my application for PR under EE in May. Do I need to inform CIC about this? I already got ITA a few weeks ago but did not receive PNP until after I had submitted the EE application and paid the required application fees. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Hi Saraki,

I have the similar case, I received Ontario PNP notification on 1st Feb 2016 immediate after submitting my CIC express entry and Job Bank Registration.

I submitted all physical docs to Ontario and received on Mar 9, 2016.

But my CIC PNP status is still showing as No Nomination at this time.

How did you inform CIC about PNP?

It's up to you, if you'd rather keep the PNP application, send a CSE to withdraw your EE application.

Thanks. Could you let me know how to send CSE to CIC? if my application is withdrawn then how I will get update from CIC. And till date I havn't heard from OINP about my PNP result.

Since you already received the invite, perhaps it doesn't matter. But let them know anyway

Thanks for the quick reply. Can you tell me what is CSE. Do I need to call CIC to update my status?
Its been 90 days to submit my hardcopies to OINP but no update? how do I follow up with OINP.
