GOT PER TODAY under FSW

Hi all,I am from Australia.
I got my per today...here,s my history of application:
Filed application on 5/12/2011
File reached in nova scotia on 12/12/2011
DD encashed on 27/01/2012
Received PER ON 15/02/2012

So I am very happy ....can u please tell me as to what's the next step and since my letter said that my file will b transferred to visa office for further processing in Sydney,Australia.how long is the wait...

Congratulations to your PER! This is a very big step towards your visa so enjoy the good news! The next step will be the transfer to your visa office as you already stated. Once they start processing your file, they will do further background and security checks and request more documents if needed. Once they are satisfied that all your checks are completed, they will send you a medical request (and passport request). Timeline can vary from 2 months to 5 months until you received the medical request.

you just reached to stage 1.. this is the first baby step for Canada PR (immigration under FSW), your game just start now.. wait until your application will transfered to your local VO and local VO will contact you for further requirements and furthur communication.
