Got only last 6 months phone calls records from provider in CSV file

Doing application according to the new package!

We got only last 6 months of phone call records from the network provider.

Shall we provide this CSV file records or the screenshots from our mobiles phones of the calls we did?

Please help!

I'd supply both and explain that the provider only supplied the previous six months for some reason

In new package, providing letter, phone records etc is only limited to 10 pages max.

Would you suggest to provide cropped screenshots (say 10-12 on a page of Word doc) and one page containing phone calls (just our calls, and deleting others from records) from the provider that would make a total if 2 pages?
