Got offer from Zik oil and gas

Hi ..
I have been getting an offer from Zik oil and gas with email address career@zikoilgas.com.
They give me some question like online interview. After i have replied, they give me an aggreement letter. I have to make visa and permit first with my self cost then they will give me back the cost. They will call me after i am sign the aggreement letter.
This is a fake or not. Please everybody can give me positif advise.
