They send me the objection letter which stated that,
You must satisfy an officer that you will meet the requirements of Part 12 of the Regulations, including satisfying the officer that you have adequate financial resources to the tuition fees and support your stay in Canada.
Subsection 11(1) of the Act states that "A foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or for any other document required by the Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act." Subsection 2(2) specifies that unless otherwise indicated, references in the Act to "this Act" include regulations made under it.

1. It appears that you didn't submit sufficient financial proof that you have the 1st year tuition and the 1st year settlement funds of $10 plus about $2K for travel.
the closing bank balance was CAD $84,000 ? or the summation of entire transaction history ? If the closing balance was as you said, I see no reason why the VO refused your application with "finance" as an option .. :/
i have seen people getting accepted by showing balance of about $34,000 . I myself showed $73,000 and I have already got the medical call
