Did you really apply in October 2011? man that's four years from now, just take them to the federal court. Don't even hire a lawyer.

Yes It is true. I got my oath letter after long long time today for 23rd Nov.

Thanks, my E-case changed "We sent you a notice on November 6, 2015 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on November 23, 2015 at 8:30 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us."
