I got nomination from OINP under HCP Health care stream. However, I am bit confused to move forward with my Express Entry process and update the nomination in the federal express entry profile because my wife is Hepatitis-B Chronic Positive. She is undergoing the treatment since last 3 years. She is in her best condition except the HBsAg, HBeAg which are positive. However, other tests like DNA is Supressed/not detectable and under control. Other tests are perfectly fine as well: Fibroscan, Ultra-sound, etc. etc.
