Hi,

I am super excited as I got my LOI (Approval for work permit) this week but I still do not have my police certificates. I applied for a US and German certificate and they are in process but I do not have them yet, so I wrote a letter of explanation about that when I sent off my CAL in the IEC my cic section before it expired. So 2 weeks later I got the approval letter without having my pc's yet. So can I go and pick up the work permit without the police certificates, or do I still have to wait for them to arrive first and show them at the border with the approval letter?
