Hi, I recently applied for a PRTD based on H&C grounds (removed when I was 16, returning at 21). I got my PRTD, which surprisingly didn't take as long as I thought it would, and am ready to go. Question now is....what do I bring? Do I have to bring my dad's medical documents? Other documents I used for my case? And anything I would need to show immigration when I get there? Please help...
You don't need anything other than your PR TD. It should have coding RC-1 on it, which indicates the decision was already made to approve your H&C reason and overcome your previous breach of RO. This should be suitable enough to enter Canada, as well as to apply to renew your PR card when you return.
