Got my PR card and confirmation doc IMM 5518 , but no IMM Document 5292/5688

I am a refuge claimant with IMM 1442B document (refugee protection claimant doc).
I was given a Work Permit doc (IMM 1442B as well)
I was accepted as a refugee claimant. Have Notice of Decision.
Applied for Canadian residency.
I received my PR card and the doc IMM 5518.
I did not come to Canada with PR so was not given IMM Document 5292/5688.

The bank, to give me a USA account, is asking me for PR card AND IMM Document 5292/5688 docs. They do not understand those last docs are not given to refugees.
New Brunswick Medicare is also asking me for IMM Document 5292/5688 documents. Same situation, their conditions state IMM Document 5292/5688 are the only way to prove PR.
I am afraid everywhere I apply for something, they will ask for IMM Document 5292/5688 docs

How do I show them and a PR and being a refugee, was not issued IMM Document 5292/5688 docs?
