I applied for EE (FSW) in 2020 and got it approved in 2022. I am a Ukrainian citizen, male 31, currently in Ukraine, thus cannot leave the country. I sent my passport via courier and got the visa stamped, however, it has expired already. The application is still in the approved state, but I am not sure when the ban on leaving the country will be lifted and whether will I be eligible to come to Canada or not. Can I apply for CUAET, so that I am sure that I have a valid visa at the moment I can come to Canada? Can CUAET visa application hurt my already approved PR application?
