finally i got my visa approval email
in my email it's written "Your application to study or work in Canada has been approved.
Your study or work permit will be issued to you upon arrival in Canada, subject to your compliance with the
requirements of the Immigration and Refuge Protection Act and its Regulations. It will allow you to study or
work in Canada for a temporary period only. Read the terms and conditions carefully."
what does it mean with the line "your study or work permit will be issued to you upon arrival in canada"
and also the status is still the same " .....is being processed at new delhi"
help please?what it means?

Thanks, I hope you're right. If you are still confused, you have received the "visa" (TRV or Temporary Resident Visa) and once you land in Canadian airport, an officer will issue you your permit to study. Don't worry, 99.99999999% chances are you won't have any problem. This go ahead from NDVO is more important, which you have received already.
