Got Medical Call. CHC need Updated letter of acceptance?? please help

Expert opinion needed specialy from Inam, momi etc.
Guys i have got medical call on 10aug;12 i have no confusion about it. The canadian high commision also send a letter about updating letter of acceptance, the wording of the letter are:
" This is refer ur application for a study permit. In order to continue the processing of ur application please provide the following documents.
UPDATED LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (lLOA).
The above information is required within 15 days of letter, At that time ur application will be reviewed and concluded on the basis of information on file." end application

case submitted in CHC islamabad on 11jul;12.
offer of admission letter for intake sep-12.
Medical Call: 10Aug;12
what the CHC meant by the above letter? Either the CHC need to defer my samester from current samester Sep-12 to next samester Feb-13? If it is about defering then it will take about 1month while the CHC require it in 15 days. I know the deferal process and last time i have deffered my samester and it took 1month. kindly tell me the fastest method to get the updated letter of acceptance within 15days.

1. They have asked you for an Updated Letter of Acceptance, which in this case would be your LOA for Winter 2013. It's 13 August today, If you send an updated LOA for Fall 2012 (Instead of Winter 2013) even within 15 days then it would reach CHC-I by 28 August. After receiving your LOA, CHC-I will not directly start processing your application but they will wait for your medical report from MO at New Delhi, the MO will report his observation on your medical to CHC-I upon it's turn in queue. After receiving your report from MO and upon it's number in queue your file will be processed for final checks by VO and you will be issued visa, provided no more documents etc are needed.

In no case you would be able to get your visa before 4th September i.e. commencement of your course at your University. If you don't get visa before the start of your classes then CHC will again ask for an updated LOA and you have to repeat the process for Winter 2013's LOA.

So go directly and defer you admission to Winter 2013. Your chances are good now. You have gotten medical just meet the requirement and you are on your way to Canada.


2. Make the draft and send it to your University ASAP and request the updated LOA via email and send the print of the same to CHC-I via courier or you can email CHC-I as well. That's how you may send the LOA within the allotted time frame. However, in my personal opinion, if you delay by a day or two, it won't have sever impact.

University want a updated Letter of acceptance for the new session , which will be starting on feb 2013.The main reason is that after medical it will take almost a month to issue you a visa so there is no way that u can make to Montreal in September.
Getting a acceptance letter in email is hardly two weeks process , so as I said earlier.
1 . Send an email for deferral to your course advisor stating the reason and also explain her the timeline in which u require ur LOA.
2. Also Ask ur friend to send her the draft for 25c$.
3. As soon as the university reply to ur email and tell u the procedure ur draft will be In Concordia. It will expedite ur procedure.
4. The university will send u the updated
Letter of acceptance with in a week after receiving the money.
5. Two to three days difference wil not affect ur case.

When u deferred first time did u get a new CAQ...

i deffered from summer-12 to fall-12 it to Fall-12. But i didnt renew my CAQ because no need of it.
