Hello All

I have applied for PR EE and received COPR after marriage. How much time did CIC need to send new PR for both of us?
July 21: ITA
August 1: Applied PR
Jan 2: Got married
Jan 7: Received COPR
Jan 8: Updated Cic about change in status
Jan 16: received additional documents request
Feb 12: Submitted the documents

It took 5 months for me to receive COPR. How much additionally I have to wait for COPR of me and my wife? I live in Canada and my wife is in India
If it takes long Can I apply for her Open work Permit??
