got mail from canada high commission delhi

Hi,

just now i got a mail from CHC Delhi saying that my application for study/work in Canada has been approved.

but it doesnt contain any information about sending my passport back to me. It contains the following sentences:


This letter is not a passport or travel identification, and it is not a legal authorization permitting you to enter or
remain in Canada.

To facilitate your arrival in Canada, inform the officer of the reason for your visit (study or work) and present this
letter with your passport.

what does it mean?

Most interesting thing is I was not having GIC and education loan...just paid one term fee and showed FD of 15 lakhs...and that too I deposited the money just one week before application... Thank God....I was really tensed...
