Hi
I am in Quebec
I got low score in IELTS (overall 6; Reading-5.5, Speaking-6.5, Writing-6; listening-6.5;

I want to apply to Express entry through CEC(Canadian experience class) with NOC-A job experience. Does this score is eligible to apply to express entry.

Since I am in quebec I can also apply to CSQ but I have no Idea how much IELTS score is required for this.
Can anyone help me to know wether my IELTS score is qualified for any of those EE or CSQ?
