By Profession, I am Software QA.

every province requirement different... if you apply thru EE. you need overall of band 7 and above....

My current CRS is 447 (Masters degree and CLB 9) and my NOC is 1241 (Administrative Assistant). I have a total of 3 years experience from 2010 to 2013. At present I am a stay at home mom. Since 447 is not a good score any more, I need to know what will be my chances of PNP?

You can get a direct ITA as CRS as low as 445 is expected in next 2-3 months if regular draw happens. However, you also have chances with OINP.
