I just got panicked and created a new profile 2 weeks ago without my spouse and got an ITA, I want to decline that because that is not a good option to go alone.
Should I create a new profile after deleting this one? OR
Decline the ITA and update this profile with my husband's info?
Do I have to justify this ITA later on?
I had an old profile which was expired(with out ITA) do I need to mention that as well in this new profile?

It can take a lot of time for your spouse to come. well it could vary from situation to situation In my case I am not feeling comfortable in this situation.

You can add spouse post ITA also, no issues in that. Just keep couple of things in mind, adding spouse leads to re-calculation of scores.
Not sure if you want to claim points for her education and language or not but age is something which you cannot ignore.
If for any reason adding spouse leads to decrease in score and that score is less than the draw cut off then you would be deemed ineligible and profile rejected.
Do one thing first, using CIC calculator add a spouse and recalculate your score and see where do you stand and then we can discuss further.
