I got ITA on July 17. I was uploading my documents and I noticed there is no link in document uploading page for IELTS results. Only following documents have been requested by CIC:
1- Police certificate (multiple)
2- Employment Records (1)
3- Employment Records (2)
4- Family member proof of status
5- Proof of means of financial support
6- Education diplomas / degrees
7- Proof of medical exam
8- Digital photo
9- Proof of Relationship
10- Passport/travel documents (multiple)
Is anyone else facing the same problem? Should I upload it under optional documents?

IELTS isn't a mandatory upload in EE. CIC checks for it using the TRF provided. You can upload it if you feel like doing that but it is strictly optional to do so.

I am on a conditional discharge from Canada til April 1st 2016, I am on Open Work PErmit in Canada and I am in pool of Express entry with 440 points. Will my conditional discharge affect me from getting Residency?
