Your Case is now fully processed.. and they have dispatched your Passport Back to you.. Via Courier..
It does not mean Acceptance or Rejection..
This will only be confirmed once you will receive your courier..
If Acceptance: Your Passport will be stamped and along with that you will provided with the Letter of Invitation.. Which you have to show at Canada's Port of Entry (POE).. The Immigration officer (IO) will issue you a study permit there only.
If Rejected: Your Passport will be sent back without any stamp and along with you will be provided with the Refusal letter stating the Reason(s) of your refusal..
