For two years I had 450/445 CRS score. My ielts score was L8/R8.5/W7/S.7 Band 7.5 CLB 9. A month after my Ielts expired, invitation scores went down to 441. So I redid IELTS and got total band 8 (L7.5/R8/W7/S9) But my CRS score went down to 395!..is that just because I missed 0.5 in Listening?

It makes all the sense to me. You had 50 scores for your skill transferability which you lost by scoring less in listening. You will have to retake IELST.
