got divorce and how to apply for new spouse

hi all

please anyone can guide me .i really stuck in big situation

i got 10 year multiple visit visa . the problem is when i apply for visa i put my divorced wife name and i got married now and i want to apply for my new wife . also in my passport my divorced wife name is there so please anyone guide me how to overcome this issue

If legally divorced you need first update passport and use new spouse details & a marriage certificate

attach your divorce decree during the application process as asked in checklist

If already applied then withdraw first as you may run the risk of misrepresentation if you did not properly explain your true marital status

as i am indian muslim i dont have divorce certificate from court .i have certificate from masjid .is that enough

i have marriage certificate from municipality for the new marriage . the old one i have certificate from masjid so if i notarize can i submit this document as divorce certificate or should i required from the court
