got back my e-cas status

last month my e-cas status disappeared from the internet.i sent one e- mail to cic and i got back my e-cas status.now it is showing 'application received' and in next line 'DECISION MADE'.What does it mean..please help...is it positive or negative... ;D

If it's not CIC e-case error than Sorry to say 'DECISION MADE' it is not good sign. .

if system error of E-case by CIC website than it will update on next update/s (update will made by CIC for E-case every Tuesday Canadian Time).
if it's NOT system error of CIC e-case than you will sure get letter by CHC with complete explaination of decision made.
