Hello everyone,

I finished my Masters degree from US and I am planning to Apply to Montreal college.
But i would like to know that
1) is it required to learn french Language to Get PR in Quebec?
2) How long it will take to get PR after graduation?

I heard from People that you have to clear French Exam to get PR in Quebec. Is it true? Please can anyone guide me or help me.
