Got a job in under two months of a one year pgwp now need help

Hi guys. I got a job in Ontario in under two months AFTER getting my pgwp, which is of ONE year because of the length of my study program. I studied Information Security Management from Fanshawe. After few months of graduating, I got my work permit on Apr 19 this year. Then I got a full time permanent position in I.T. after two months of getting my one year pgwp. My PGWP expires on Apr 19, 2016. Problem is by the time it expires, I wouldn't have one year of work experience required by certain permanent residency programs. What are my options given my situation now? Please help, any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Wouldn't PNP under international stream still require a year's work experience?
