Hello guys,

I got via flagpole yesterday and got only 2 years instead of 3. I have asked officer regarding this and she quoted that I will only get work permit based on your length of your studies. I did completed 2 one year graduate certificate courses. I know I'm eligible for 3 years, but they are in no mood to listen.

Can someone suggest what is the best thing I can do to get 3 years work permit. I need work permit in hand for my job that's how I've proceed with flagpoling.

Hey, we have the same problem. I did 16 months of diploma but only got 2 years pgwp but haven’t received the hard copy yet because they wanted me to exit canada to receive the workpermit because I applied outside canada and that is why I am planning to flagpole and raise a concern to why its only 2 years. Did you do anything on your end?
