Goods to follow - Should it be in second landing?

Hi - I’m not sure if this is the appropriate thread for this but if anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

Should the items in our Goods to a follow list be brought by the second landing? We are planning to submit a Goods to follow on our first landing and will be commuting between Detroit and Windsor multiple times. When do we actually need to bring the stuff in our goods to follow list. Can we bring them one by one once we find an apartment in Windsor?
