Goods to Follow List with Goods to Follow List

Hi, I have a question regarding the virtual landing and the list of goods.
My spouse is in the final stages of the family sponsorship application that was submitted Outland but she's in Canada now with a TRV visa and I believe she's getting the virtual landing and eCOPR soon. As you know, with virtual landing, the applicant is already within Canada, so cannot have the goods to follow list signed and stamped at the border.

So, would you please let me know what's the process and how we can have the list signed so we can bring the items to Canada?

I've also sponsored my wife from Iran but in January of 2023. Ankara VO.
