Going back after short landing - Goods to Follow question

Hi All,

We are going back to Canada (almost) 2 years after the short landing. At the time of our first landing, we prepared goods to follow list which was stamped and we have a copy of that. At this time though, we have some additional items which we are sending through cargo. How do we declare those? do we have to make another goods to follow list?
