Global Talent Stream spouse work permit

Hello,

I am temporary worker with a work permit on "Global Talent Stream" (Category B, I think).

Can my spouse get an (open?) work permit and if yes, how does it work?
Remark: My spouse is US citizen (in case this helps).

I did not find clear information on this. According to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=177&top=17, the spouse of a "skilled worker" can apply for an open work permit. The "Global Talent Stream" does not define the type of worker; is just says "highly-skilled global talent" (https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/foreign-workers/global-talent.html).
