Hi all, as seen in this link, the occupations list for Global Talent Stream was updated in July 2019 and in the past LMIA records in this link, there were a variety of other occupations outside of said list.
For context, I received a job offer for Developer Marketing Events Manager role and was wondering if I can apply for LMIA through Global Talent Stream. The past records shown similar marketing roles that were approved. Otherwise, I was advised by my company's legal team that we will have to go through the regular LMIA application stream which will take a much longer time.
