Anyone can help out with the first and last name here. I am one click away from submitting my application. On my PR confirmation letter, my first name/given name is my full name and on my PR card and driving license, my first name is just my first name. So do I write my first name only on the citizenship application or do I write my first and middle name (this will be different from my PR card)? Also, can I drop my middle name from the Given names when I apply for the passport? Many thanks!
Example:
First name: John
Middle name: David
Last name: Smith
PR confirmation letter, name appears as John David Smith, Smith
PR card, name appears as John Smith
Should I go with John David for my given names/first name or John only?
