I gave biometrics 8 years ago. Now I'm applying for a work permit that us 3 years but I only have 2 years left on my biometrics.
I checked the website and it us said that I need to voluntarily give biometrics but I don't see that option. The only question is if I had given Biometrics in the last 10 years or not.
If I say no, they can reject me because I lied but if I say yes, I won't see the option to request the biometrics to be taken.
I did raise a webform. Got a reply back that was just the link to the website. Sent another one saying the previous response wasn't helpful and hot the same reply. Looks like it's auto-generated and no one is actually looking at the question.
Unfortunately I can't call. When I call them between 8 and 11 am, I get "we are closed, will open at 8". And at 11, it says they are busy (probably seeing the correct time and thinking I called 3 hours late or something)
What should I do? I don't have much left tsubmit the application.
