i have some queries related to my visa..before dat i'll give u my education details.i compeleted my 10th in 2004 with 70%.intermediate in 2006 with 72% and i took long term for 2 yrs (2004-06) bt could'nt get mbbs so took b.pharm n completed succesfully in 2012 may with 72 % ie., distinction n i hav no backlogs from my schooling..i hav ielts score 6 with L-7;R-6;W-5.5;S-6..i got admission in seneca college of arts & technology for chemical laboratory technician n it is a 2 yr diploma course..i have paid 1 yr tution fee ie.,13000CAD(7,15,000INR) n i took a bank loan from state bank of hyderabad for 7,30,000.the actual loan needed was just 5,00,000 bt on de safer side i took for about 7 lakhs.i submitted a sop n i submitted my fathers IT returns being which he is an govt employee.my doubt is,is der any scope for rejection of my visa because of 2 yrs gap after my intermediate and i applied visa on05/11/2012 and my passport was dispatched on 08/11/2012..can u plz tell me dat was de visa accepted or rejected..i'm in a great tension along with pain wat's going to happen??plz friends try to reply???

99% u got ur visa. 1% luck and 2 year gap problem.

thank u dude..bt m worried about it..donno wen i'm going to get passport to my hand..but r der any case vch u knw dat they got visa wid dis case..

i submitted my application to vfs mumbai on 26th oct friday. visa got stamped on 29th oct, monday. and got passport on 1st nov.

so removing non-working days, i got visa in 4 days..

IELTS-6 with individual band nt less than 5.5.got admission for chemical laboratory technician in seneca college and paid my 1 year tuition fee even i attended medicals.
i hav applied visa with all my memo's,IELTS score card,my fathers form 16 alone bt not IT returns,fee receipt(1 yr),sop,medical certificate.i took a bank loan of 7.5lak frm SBH.i have a small defect dat i took long term for 2 yrs and could'nt get mbbs so i have gap (2006-2008).did dis affect my visa

The reasons for refusal were:
1)you must satisfy an officer dat u will not contravene the conditions of admission and dat u donot belong to a category inadmissable to canada under the act.
2)you must satisfy an officer dat you will meet the requirements of part 12 of the regulations,including satisfying the officer dat u have adequate financial resources to pay tuition fees and support ur stay in canada..

Can u plz tell me wat was the actual reason for my refusal and can i now apply in general with in dis week.wat documents should i need to show now???
My father is a govt employee and i have IT Returns,pay slips and bank statements.even we have a house of property 90 lakhs market value.can i attest those doc's notarised and we even have lands about 7 acres on my mothers name.can we put those doc's even???
do i have a chance of getting visa in general if i attest all these financial documents....???plz help me out frnssss
