GIFT DEED FROM UAE

Is anyone here in this group having experience of arranging gift deed in UAE? We tried to notarize gift deed from Pakistan embassy but they refused to say they don't do such things. Me and my brother are living in UAE and my brother will transfer funds to my account but despite several searches, we are not able to find any solution in UAE.
Need urgent help, please.

Hi. Inl couldn’t get gift deed from UAE. I managed through another way

I also tried but getting gift deed stamped was difficult and costly here

Can you please explain that how you managed to get the notarized gift deed then? From Pakistan?

In my case primary applicant was my spouse so I transferred money through cheque to my spouse account and attached my cheque copy

Thank you for sharing your experience. I shall also attach a cheque copy form my brother's account, as a gift to me and then prepare a gift deed with signatures but without notarization. I read somewhere that it may work like this also.

Yes exactly I did the same, put gift deed and explain the situation in LoE
