Gift Deed for SINP

Hello,

I have applied for SINP on 3rd Jan 2016. My application is now on Waiting on Applicant and I need to submit details of proof of funds.

Around 50% of the amount required for SINP was transferred by my dad in December itself, which was not three months old before I filed my application.

I made a gift deed through Notary Office today that is 15th April 2016.

My questions: If SINP accepts gift deed

1. Will SINP accept the later date gift deed i.e April 2016
2. Should I get the entire deed typed on a 20 RS stamp paper and get signatures of Dad, Myself and Witness on it?

2. Follow the procedures for the gift Deed..

Did your application turned In-Process? there is no status as "Waiting". You email the SINP the gift deed agreement, and provide the Letter of explanation and request them to consider it.

Give a try, I presume they may accept.

As per my knowledge SINP will not accept your file if your balance is not maintained thru out the process.
they always insist that balance or whatever valid as financial docs must be maintained since 3 months before
you apply.i might b wrong but that is my personal view.
