Urgent Help Please!!!!!!!!!

I hope all is well with you guys.
I have received the ITA recently and for Proof of funds, I am going for the gift deed. My mom will get a loan to fund me.
I think CIC won't consider the loan amount as POF.
So, what should I do now?
