I have applied for GIC from my SBI account but its getting rejected for 2 times now..they are telling me to fill up the remittance information field with "SSPGIC" but in Scotiabank it's mentioned to give "SSGP" in that field.. Please let me know which one is correct?

I will give u a suggestion, if ur clg is in Toronto location go for icici canada bank, first open an icici acc in India as well as canada, it will get opened within 3hrs, deposit the money in that acc and transfer the money to icici bank Canada, ur Inc certificate will be issued within 30 hrs. I got my ibc like that.
Thanks..but my college is in British Columbia
If ur clg is in city then definitely icici will be there, the decision is up to you and sorry to say I don't know how nova Scotia works
CIBC BANK is best for GIC. You will get GIC certificate in 48 hour.
Cibc is better. It has more branches than icic
