My agent mentioned only my first name in gic application ‘xyz’
While the given names mentioned in my passport is ‘xyz ABCD’ should I mention the passport name in beneficiary name or change the name in gic application

Both names should be the same, otherwise it will be rejected by the bank. Thats what I know.

I have first name mentioned in gic application as ‘Alysia’ while in passport my given name is as
‘Alysia Vency’which is including my dad’s name. Will it create a problem

Yes, it will, you should go to the bank and ask them to make an adjustment on the field of "Beneficiary information".
