Hello All,

I have submitted my GIC refund application on 2nd Sept 2013 after the rejection of my study permit twice. It has been 11 weeks now and I havent heard form them. I am constantly sending them emails after the 8th week which is suppose to be the deadline for crediting the funds back to my Indian account.
Am I the only one stuck in this situation??
Has anyone received the refund?
How much delay is expected?
Can any one inform me about the escalation procedure?

Regards
