GIC Issue

Hello Simran here,I am facing issue while Gic process , I applied from my local bank (Oriental Bank of commerce ) for GIC in Scotiabank and it got rejected due to less amount after that as discussed with the Scotiabank customer service executive I paid the remaining amount and again it got rejected. It’s been more than a month I am waiting for my refund. Please help me out with this so that I can start with my visa process as early as possible which is to be completed before my college gets started in the coming week.
