gic.....issue ...please help

hi i'm going to apply my visa for jan 2014 intake and i got my acceptance letter from my college that my classes going to run on 6 jan 2014.eveything done but the thing is i m in australia fo lst 5 yrs and m going to apply everything from here and my agent ask me to transfer 10000 from australian bank and i did but now after 7 days out of weekend nd public holidays scotiabank saying they havenot received any money.and ehen i send them my tt copy they replied by email that money would be accepted only by indian bank.
what shud i do now? first thing is where my money is
second when i send them application to oen up my account then y dey didnot let me know that we found ur details n address is australian nd u cant send money from dere nd not eligible for gic.
if they wud have received my money how shud i apply refund as m not eligible to get gic as per not meeting their requirement. so i dont have any refusal letter nd declined application document so what shud i include in the documents. i do have tt copy. please help................pl pl pl..... they ruined everything ...scotia is all sucks......pl anyone help thanks

I'm not sure what you're asking here but with regards to the money, that's a banking issue which you'll need to speak to your bank about.
I also recommend writing in full English and not text talk

Hi I applied from Australia for gic hence I paid 10100 from the bank where I hold my account in Australia . But after 7 days when I called scotia bank they saying they have not found any money in my account then u sent my transaction copy and they replied they only accept payment from indian bank . It means they not going to issue me gic right?
And also in this case how can I apply for refund because they are not accepting my payment it's not any refusal of visa or anything . What should I include with refund form . I can include my copy of transaction but what could be the third form .
Also why they didnot notice it when I sent then my application for opening my account. At that time they would have notice my details of Australian address and would have tell me earlier that you cannot apply for gic from Australia.
Pl help.
